Solid Server Efficient IP

Hi,

I would like to know if someone already use PRTG to survey Synchronisation status between two Solid Server (Efficient IP).

I tried to enter some OID in PRTG without success,

Does the vendor support OIDs for their devices to track that metric?

I try to have this information since the supplier but at the moment it is not won.

That's why I try here because preharps a PRTG user had already this issue.

I tried to get to their downloads section of their website, but it's behind a portal login.

Can you check on their site and see what kind of downloads you have for this product from them?
