Monitor CPU Usage

I want to monitor CPU Usage on my servers, but I do not want to monitor the cpu usage of a single process. Instead I want to monitor CPU usage as a whole. For example if my CPU usage gets to 60% I want to know I don't really care whats bringing it there i'll find that out once I get to the server.

Can anyone help me set this up?

Yes, you can do with with the Windows CPU Load or the SNMP CPU sensor.

Either one will give you the same information. Total CPU Usage, as well as CPU usage for each processing unit.
