Can i disable a sensor to be discovered by the daily autodiscovery?

I've scheduled a autodiscovery daily to run on network devices, and every day i have to remove sensor e.g SSL Certificate Sensor (Port 443), is it possible to avoid some sensor to be autodiscovered?

You could create your own device template featuring the corresponding sensors and use this instead within the AD settings :)
