Hello there,
When setting a limit in a sensor's channel, this will always impact the status of a sensor, this cannot be avoided or delayed. If you want to receive a notification, when a certain threshold is met without changing the sensor's state, disable the limit in the sensor's channel and create instead a threshold trigger in the sensor's "Notifications" tab.
