Hello all,

I have a sensor which is marking as Drive not found (code: PE013) and I just cant get it to work. Can someone help me out here please?

when you manually recreate that sensor, does the new one work?

No it remains the same. I even cloned a sensor but still the same

Dear TUMAS,

in this case, please contact us at support@paessler.com, describe the issue and attach screenshots of the manually recreated (not of the cloned) sensor:

  • of the sensor's overview tab
  • the logs tab of the sensor
  • the settings tab (multiple screenshots if necessary to cover all options.)

Please capture the whole PRTG user interface in any screenshot and send them as email file attachment.
