After upograding we have issues with several WMI sensors (timeouts, access denied, other connection issues). Could this be related to the upgrade in any way?

after updating, WMI performance should only get better, because we improved many parts of our WMI connection handling. Regarding these issues, please contact support@paessler.com including screenshots of one of the non-working WMI sensors:

  • of the sensor overview tab
  • sensor logs tab
  • sensor settings tab (perhaps multiple screenshots are required to include all options)

Please attach screenshots as files to that email. It can be the case that we then ask for more screenshots or log files, but this would be a good starting point.
