The PowerChute Network Shutdown process monitors and communicates with the UPS via TCP/IP This system auto-shutdown fails to happen, however, if the linux process crashes or is not started properly. It is a java process running on linux/Debian. Clearly I am not an SNMP expert and, therefore, need some guidance in this area. Thanks.
