I am looking for a way to either disable or change the time that the email notification for auto-update is generated. We receive this notification at 9pm central standard time and it reoccurs every night until updated. I am looking for a way to disable it completely but allow all other ticket notification to continue or change the time of the auto-update ticket notification to my choosing.
