Hi, I ran into a problem: PRTG think, i'm using about 2000 sensors, but fact is that i'm using aboout 20-30 sensors. Whats wrong?

That's weird - could you provide us with a support bundle via Setup | Contact Support and refer to this thread? We'll then take a look at the status page and the server logs.

I make a feedback, as you tell.

Seemingly, there are that many sensors configured. You just don't see them in your start page. Please navigate to https://10.6.131.28/group.htm?id=0&tabid=1 to see the tree, including the sensors.

Even with this URL? Is any of the branches folded, i.e. preceeded with a little plus? Do you see the sensors when you click it?

Hi, you can see screenshot of my tree here: https://ibb.co/dHUYcR As you can see, i've expanded all nodes. I try to use link you send me before and can't see any hidden sensors, i have the same result.

Do you see these sensors when you click Sensors in the menu bar? To be honest, I've never seen this :)

Yes, in "Sensors" tabs i can see all sensors. Thanks. Why these sensors do not displayed in device tree?

That, I'm unsure of - can you open up the devices these sensors reside on? Or do you get an error?
