Monitoring USB UPS

Hello, I've a TecnoWare UPS without serial and ethernet port but it has an usb port and I can manage it by usb port with the company's software. Is it possibile add that ups to PRTG? (Monitoring the ups by the USB port). Thanks

thanks for your KB-post.

Actually, we do not offer any native sensors for UPS devices, connected via USB. However, if there is a WMI Class stating about the battery level with a numerical counter, it should be possible to read it with the WMI Custom-Sensor.
