We have a fairly new instance of PRTG running. Emails have been working and we're trying to do email reporting. We've been pulling reports manually through HTML and they've worked but for some reason scheduled reporting seems to not work (IE we're not getting an email). I looked at the stored reports section and despite us trying several times to save and email this area is blank. I am seeing an "Active Background Task" saying that it's working on 2x reports. Myself and a co-worker have run a report and it seems to be stuck at "Processing (Progress:0%)"
What steps do I need to take to troubleshoot this?

If you can create the same report successfully in HTML format, check if printer spooler service is running, which is required for generating the PDF.
