We use PRTG for infrastructure and it does an outstanding job providing us detailed information. We are alerting on device down on many devices. What is the best way to automate self-healing alerts on critical devices that have come back on-line?

Could you elaborate further? Usually, the sensors go into an Up state once the service or device is responding again.
