An automatic mapping for devices which are connected to switches is not part of PRTG Network Monitor. If you named the interface by the devices which are connected to your switch, you can change the SNMP Compatibility Option in the settings of the device. You can then add an SNMP Traffic Sensor to the device in PRTG.
If you're interested in Layer-2 mapping, this third party tool might be interesting.
