We used to have a VPN that connected 2 networks which which are in different networks to be able to monitor devices on both using one PRTG instance. After an server move of physical location, and due to business reasons, we can't create a VPN at this moment to keep the connection alive. Is there an alternative way to keep monitoring all the devices from both networks?, we are currently monitoring 3 physical locations (3 networks, and they are able to communicate with one another via VPNs) except for the forth one.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, there is no way to monitor networks which are not reachable by PRTG or the other way around. This is technically not possible. The only way would be to install a Remote Probe in the remote location and to connect via a Public-IP to the Core Server:

Best regards.
