PRTG is creating tickets regarding

Value lookup file "C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\lookups\prtg.standardlookups.dell.equallogic.powersupplystatus.ovl" could not be loaded (List index out of bounds (0)) And other Dell hardware related ovi's how can this be resolved?

It seems that the default lookups are somehow corrupted. Please forward us affected lookup files that are listed in the ticket. You can find them on the Core Server under "C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\lookups\". Please forward them with a brief description, a screenshot of the ticket and the affected lookup file to support@paessler.com.
