PRTG Version 17 Device: Liebert GXT2 UPS with SNMP Card We can create SNMP sensors related with Ethernet interfaces, and works fine

But when we want to use library sensors (from importing Liebert GXT mib file) or using some OID retrieved using OIDview tool using Custom Sensor, the polling failed

Error: No such object (error SNMP #222)

What can it be wrong?

Hello Luis,

According to the screenshot, the device does not return any values for the entries listed in the MIB file of the manufacturer. To continue with your example, which results do you get if you choose Walk against the OID

1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.1.1.1.4.4.1

Use SNMP v1 as well as SNMP v2 for the tests. Let's see if the device returns any useful values for these OIDs.
