Is there a report that shows how many sensors are used?

Our concern is that due to the limitation of licensing, some sensor stops working.

Will the PRTG tell us that we have sensors beyond the limit of the limit?

At what time does the message appear that we are not allowed to add more sensors?

During the recommendation scan?

Thanks for our KB-posting.

  • Is there a report that shows how many sensors are used? Simply head to 
https://<your Core Server>/welcome.htm

to see the current amount of used sensors and also the amount of still available sensors.

  • Our concern is that due to the limitation of licensing, some sensor stops working.
  • Will the PRTG tell us that we have sensors beyond the limit of the limit?
  • At what time does the message appear that we are not allowed to add more sensors? Once you have reached the limits of allowed sensors, you can still add new sensors. However, PRTG will automatically pause the additional sensors to mark them as inactive for the license.
