Hello,

we need to extract PRTG information for our BI.

How can we do that?

We have a few ways with out API to export data as CSV or XML.

Please go to Setup -> PRTG API in your webGUI. Click on the Live Data Tab, and go down to Query Builder.

From here you can build a query, and see the results. You then get the query call to use on anything you like.

There is also the CSVExport tool from PRTG Tools Family you might consider as well.
