Schedule period special question

Hello,

How is it possible to define a Schedule with a regular maintenance window such as: every 3rd Friday within a month between 19:00 and 23:00 ?

Do we have a permanent fix "out of the box option" for monthly maintenance's for this issue other than scripting? Thanks.
