Hi,

I have an SNMP Custom String sensor that returns a text value shown as a Message.

Is there either a way for me to export this data from PRTG to a CSV or Text File? so I sort/search it myself

or

Is there a way for me to search through multiple sensors (possibly hundreds) to find a specific message that matches my search criteria.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to export strings. Only values can be exported, I'm afraid.
