Is there a logfile reader available for Unix based systems? I want to verify the alert log of an Oracle database.

Dear mbg_ch,

you can employ the File Content Sensor provided the file is accessible through SMB. Alternatively, you can use the SSH Script sensor in order to implement such sensor yourself.
