After moving Network Monitor to another server I cannot activate my commercial licensed version on the new server. The messages are: 'Activation failed.' and 'Activation: Check via activation1.paessler.com, result is \"License too old\'. Both servers have the same current Network Monitor version installed, but different Windows Servers: the old one has 2008R2, the new one: 2012R2. Network Monitor is turned off on the old server (Core Server and Probe Service). What can I do to correct this problem?

Hi Marcin,
I just enabled another activation attempt in our systems. If the activation does not succeed automatically, kindly restart the PRTG Core Server Service, this will activate the license if the PRTG server is connected to the internet.
Best regards, Felix
