How to monitor Physical Hard Drive in SuperMicro with PRTG?

Server : SuperMicro SSG-6048R-E1CR36H , with 80 HDD. (mainboard:X10DRH-iT) RAID Controller : AVAGO(LSI) 3108 MegaRAID OS: Ubuntu 12.04 SNMP Version: v2c PRTG Version: v17.3.33.2830

Is it possbile to monitor the Physical Hard Drive with SNMP ?

First you need to enable SNMP in Linux, then you should be able to retrieve data about the disk:
