Taking action after alarm

Hi, Is it possible to take an action after receiving an SMS message from an alarm?

For example if I'm monitoring a particular service on a server and I want to be alerted if that service stops...

when I receive an SMS text telling me the alarm has triggered can I from my device (smart phone or tablet) send it a command to restart that service?

No, PRTG doesn't have the capability to receive SMS messages. You would have to have some 3rd party utility to receive the text and take action.
