I am trying to activate the trail version of prtg network monitor, offline. I have entered the given information at https://www.paessler.com/activation.

| License Key | "the key I have received when downloading the installer" |
| System ID | "the ID I have received from the software" |
This returns "License and owner do not match". To my knowledge the owner is supposed to be prtgtrail? And if uploading the received file with this data could be a solution, I can't find the option to upload this file at https://www.paessler.com/activation.
Am I doing something wrong?

Please use prtgtrial instead of prtgtrail as license owner name.
The activation should work afterwards.
