Collect System Model, Serial Number and F/W Version

I see there is the Custom String Sensor but I don't think my use-case is the intended purpose. Is there a way to automatically read the target system information and make it a part of the Device information? It would be good to have all that mostly static information as just "Device" information.

The System Information is a relatively new feature to PRTG. We are still working on adding more capabilities to it. At this time, any information like what you are asking about would be under the System field on that tab.

What kind of device are you using that isn't showing you the information you're looking for?
