I'm to see which device (ip, oid) is hook up to which port when looking at the switch?

This isn't possible with PRTG, as we do not have switch port mapping capabilities.

You could possibly poll the device for its MAC Address Table, but you would still have to translate the MAC addresses to IP/DNS addresses to better understand the devices plugged into the ports.
