Hi there,
Are you using multiple QoS sensors by any chance? If so, please try to increase the port gap between the sensors to at least 100, e.g. 50100, 50200, etc.
If its only a single sensor that is failing, you might want to try our QoS reflector script (which also runs on Windows), as disclosed here:

Please let me know if either approach didn't work out or if anything else is left unclear.
