We have a Cisco Switch SG300-52 but i don't reach to configure snmp trap of it on prtg.

Thank you for the KB-Post. Is SNMP already fully enabled on the switch (see: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/post/2542130 for example on a how to)?
If so, please use our SNMP Tester, run it on the PRTG Host (or host of the Remote Probe), and perform a "Scan available standard interfaces" against the target device.
Which results do you get in the Tester? Please send us the result logfile from the Tester.
