Hello, I am trying to set up a sensor in PRTG that alerts me when an email comes in regarding a power outage in my building. But I'd also like to change the condition to UP upon receiving a different email. Is this possible?

I.E. I get an email when power goes down with a keyword phrase in it for "power failure" but I also get an email for "power restored" but I couldn't see where to put in the additional condition.

Any help would be great.

Hi there,

You can monitor your email inbox for such an email and you can set in to the Error State in case such an email is found. Unfortunately, you can't hold in an error state until another email comes in. So when an email is found, the sensor will go into an error state and stays in an error till the next scan.
