sybase cannot log in using specified credentials

Hi guys, I'm setting up free trial prtg monitoring server in which I'm trying to monitor sybase 12.5 DB connection. unfortunately I'm having hard time setting up connection string for database specific box. below is the sample connection string i used.

Provider=Sybase.ASEOLEDBProvider.2;Server Name=172.23.1.4; Server Port Address=5000;Initial Catalog=master;User ID=sa; Password=password;

I've already tried all sample connection string on connectionstrings.com but no luck.

Do i Need to install sybase driver on PRTG server?

any thoughts

We don't support Sybase at the moment.
