Is there anyway to include device IP address in the custom report by tweaking the following:
1. <#objectstatus id="<@objectid>" name="???" show="text">
2. <#objectproperty id="<@objectid>" name="???" show="text">
if not, is there any alternative way to do so?

I'm afraid that this is not possible to adjust the mentioned settings for the reports. You can pull the historic data from PRTG using the API via the Setup > PRTG API > Historic Data tab. Please note that this will also just include the address which is entered in the settings of the parent device.
