The email is right and the mail configuration is rigt too

I just deployed the prtg core, no one email successfully sent from prtg
I don't know why but the log shows like this :
Error sending "Email": BLOCKED: You are only allowed to send from your own account or any of its aliases.

Hello there,
This has to be related to the configuration of the email server you're trying to relay the messages through. I would recommend to check the logs of the email server or in case there's a separate admin for this server to contact him/her. It appears though the "sender email" you configured in Setup | System Administration | Notification Delivery is not being accepted as it needs to be a valid email address. Now when you entered there a distribution list, this might make sense as a distribution list is just that and not the same as a "real" email user, meaning you cannot login to the email server using the distribution list address and the same happens with PRTG now.
