I'd like to monitor correct functionality of a wowza server.

The stream will be provided via RTMP, i.e. rtmp:1.2.3.4/live/stream1

How can I monitor the stream with as much as possible details?

I get found older post is using streampulse but the file is can't download and been too long years ago.

is that still have others Free way for support monitoring?

Isisora's reply is still valid, PRTG does not offer built-in sensors for video stream monitoring. You might reply to the corresponding thread. Gerard (@PRTGToolsFamily)) is still an active member of our knowledge base and might be able to assist.
