hi I installed PRTG , but i hear a voice every 30 minutes, ding ding ding ding, how can i disbale it? i cant find it please help me

Hey marzieh salimim,

I guess you are referring on the audio-notification of the Enterprise Console. Please open the EC an head to File > Options.

Under System > Alerting for new Alarms/Log Entries/Tickets you can disable the option Play Sound to disable these notifications.

Hi there,

Make sure there is no instance of Enterprise Console running in the background (check system tray). Besides that you can disable audible alerts in Setup | Account Settings | My Account.
