Syslog capture

I am trying to capture syslog from Cisco Telepresence System. I have added the sensor and also updated the syslog server IP on the Cisco Telepresence System but I am not receiving any Syslog messages. i am running a trial version of PRTG network monitor currently. Can someone please help?

Where in PRTG is the Syslog Receiver sensor located? On the Probe device or on the Cisco device itself?

As first step of troubleshooting, please deploy a sensor on the probe device and check if it works then. In case it does not, please open a support case and forward us some screenshot of the affected sensor (tabs: Overview, Log, Messages and Settings) and its parent device (tab: Settings).
