I don't have the password of the domain admin. If I add an account user, I can't read group domain.

It's possible with an account user (who can read AD)?

Hi Jean,

What happens when you enter the account information of an user account that is able to read the entire Active Directory? Please enter the details under "Setup > System Administration > Core & Probes" and check if an error is displayed on save.

Hi Gorka,

I type my username and password, i havn't no error. If I type a wrong password, I have an dialog box with error. But if I go in "New AD group", I can't see my groups AD.

Hi Jean,

Please note that when there are more than 1000 Groups, then PRTG isn't displaying them, so you have to enter the correct group name manually.
