Hi, I am having trouble in monitoring the Canon printers with PRTG SNMP Printr and Custom sensors.

I have already been through the previous resolutions provided by Paessler regarding the same issue, but didn't resolve mine.

I am getting the same error: No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003)

Hi there,

There seems to be an issue on the device as the connection interrupts after some queried OIDs. Please check if there is a newer Software available for the device or check the issue with your device vendor as the issue clearly indicates a devices fault.
