SNMP Trap Receivier HP proliant servers

Setting up a SNMP Trap receiver sensor for our HP servers. Want to include any hardware issues in the error filter. Any one have any good guidance on setting up filters for this sensor

Thank you for your KB-posting.

Of course you can use SNMP Traps to get some information from your device. However, we recommend to use our native SNMP ProLiant sensors which are much more reliable and there is no need to define any error filters. Simply check them out:
