Redirect HTTP to HTTPS on Custom Port

We have recently switched over our install to SSL. We use a custom port and I'm wondering if it is possible to setup a redirect from http to https using a custom port.

Right now, connecting via HTTP doesn't redirect me to HTTPS.

Hi there,
Please navigate to "Setup > System Administration > User Interface" and check which IPs are listed under "Web Server > Currently Active IP Address/Port Combination(s)".
