migrate from prtg13 to prtg15

i have an old installation of prtg on server A (version: 13.2.3.2235+) i install a new installation of prtg on server B (version: 15.1.14.1777+) in Server A i have several devica with ton of sensoe, each sensor have several month data and log is there any way to migrate data from server A to Server B for example Import/Export
