Due to power failure PRTG machine gets reboot unexpectedly.
Problem is that my PRTG not working working after this power failure so i just manually reboot PRTG machine.
Any Suggestions ?

For analysis of such cases it is first necessary to check the log files from your PRTG.
Please open a support ticket (you can either send an email directly to "support@paessler.com" or send a request via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface) and we will continue troubleshooting there.
