I upgraded to latest version, v17.2.30.1825, and now I can't login with the default login credentials. What can I do now?

Hi there,

You can change the credentials of the "prtgadmin" via the "PRTG Administration Tool" on the PRTG Core Server. The settings are in the "Administrator" tab.

Best regards.

So how can I make this change if I can't login to the Enterprise Console? On the console, it has the prtg server connections and for my server, it says not connected (unauthorized).

Hi there,

The "PRTG Administration Tool" is a Tool that can be found on the PRTG Core Server under:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Administrator.exe

There you can change the credentials in the "Administrator" tab.

Best regards.
