unable to send email notifications

Every time I access the prtg I get this message already tried to fix but it always comes back, can anyone help me?

Hello there,

This "growler" is usually triggered when notification related errors where logged in Logs | System Events | Notifications. Check there first what was logged for indications why this growler appears.
