Hello.
Do I need to login PRTG web Interface in order to monitor my network? Or PRTG runs in the background and I only need to login when I need the report?
Does PRTG automatically runs/monitors my network when I boot up my PC?
Thank you very much.

Hi there,
As any other webserver, PRTG runs still in the background and notifies you in case of an error. Only when you need specific information or if you just want to check your systems you can use the webinterface.
PRTG is set to start at boot by default. To check this, open the services (services.msc) and check the startup type of the "PRTG Core Server" and "PRTG Probe" services.
Best regards.
