Hi All, I want to implement prtg for below envoirment on related virtual machines.

Envoirement ------------------------------- - Core server : it will work for only core process.. - Remote Probe server : Total > 70 K Sensors 4K sensors X 10 Probe Server 2K Sensos x 5 Probe Server 1K Sensors x 10 Probe Server Over 100 technical team account on remote sites.

Questions ; - is it possible to locate this envoirement on virtual guests? - What is Core server requirement for this structure , is virtual guest enough to locate or is it required to locate physical? one core server is enough? - What is the best topology , I want to use virtual envoirement ?

Thank you very much for your knowledge base post. First off all, kindly note that we officially recommend to stay below 10,000 sensors (5,000 sensors in a virtual environment) according to our System requirements per PRTG Core Server.

If you want to use more than 10,000 (respectively 5,000) sensors we recommend to spread the work load to multiple PRTG Core Servers.
