I have problem with creating WIM sensors

Hello support. I was trying to create a Windows IIS Aplication sensor but each creation failed with an error: TOctCheckWMIMetaBase.MetaWork: timeout while waiting in WorkEnter. And I tried to create the PRTG Remote Probe but i got "Your Remote Probe not successfully connect to the PRTG servet in time" message. Can you help me tih this trouble?

We need to take a look into the log files to see what's causing the issue. Please forward a support bundle by clicking the Contact Support Button in the bottom right corner of the Web GUI or Enterprise Console for further investigation. Please refer to this Knowledge Base article.
