Please help me

I am using iPhone 6 (iOS 10.3.1)

I recently upgraded PRTG(iOS APP Ver 17.2.21) in the App Store.

I can not log in to the PRTG server(Server ver 17.2.31.1977+) after that.

When iOS APP attempts to log in, the following error message window appears

Connection error "Request failed: unauthorized (401)"

What measures should be taken to resolve this issue?

Login is very good on PC and smartphone web browser.

Hi there,

Please update to the most recent available app version. You can install the update simply via the App Store. We released a fix a couple of minutes/hours ago and it should fix this issue.
