Hi all,
The PRTG found that the web-interface is no response suddenly sometimes. When no response, I check the PRTG server is no traffic out in network, but still has traffic in. The only thing I can do is kill "PRTG server.exe" and reboot the server. Then, the web-interface can be access again. After one or two days same situation happened.
This issue is happened from updated to ver. 17 (now updated to 7.2.31.1917). Actually, I try to update several version but still same situation.
Would anyone has suggestions? Thanks.

Do you mean that to choose : "Attach Base Pack with log files and PRTG configuration file"?
And does the configuration file is the "PRTG Configuration.dat" in Data folder?
I found it is over 600M file size and PRTG hang while uploading the "configuration file".
Any further suggestion? Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
Then use option " Attach Base Pack with log files" instead. In case we need the configuration file, then we can try something else to get it. For now the log files would be most important to get an idea what's going on.
