Are you accessing PRTG from the local server? Depends on what type of certificate you have loaded into PRTG if you are getting an error.

Hey symple1,

The certificate which is delivered within PRTG is for demo-purposes only. If you want a more secure SHA-256 certificate (to avoid the unsecure-notifications) you need to get one from e.g. https://www.digicert.com/ because Paessler does not offer signed certificates, I´m afraid.

Once you have your own certificate, please refer to this KB-article which shows you how to add/use the new certificate in PRTG.

The only reason I kept the system up is because since it is a demo w/o a proper cert for my server, 127.0.0.1 cannot login from another computer. Also this knowledge gives users an experience with TLS and its levels. so thanks for the applicable replies.
